Tuihana Ohia is a thought leader and trusted navigator of wellbeing, known for her ability to design and embed strategies that create lasting impact. Guided by kaupapa Maaori values and collective approaches to hauora, she works alongside organisations, communities, and leaders to cultivate environments where people and purpose thrive.

As the Founder and Ideator of T Kaupapa, Tuihana brings a holistic lens to wellbeing ensuring that strategies are not only effective but also sustainable, values-aligned, and responsive to the unique needs of each organisation. Her expertise extends across diverse sectors, from corporate and education to community and non-profit spaces.

Her mahi includes award-winning initiatives with Te Waananga o Aotearoa, One (Vodafone Aotearoa), and Northpower. She played a key role in shaping Vodafone’s Manaaki Support Network and Te Waananga o Aotearoa’s wellbeing programme, Tau Ora, both recognised as leading examples of workplace wellbeing design. Today, she also serves as an Associate for the Centre for Social Impact, collaborating with non-profits, charities, and community organisations to drive meaningful change at scale.

Tuihana’s practice is grounded in her lived experience and passion for creativity. Within the sustainable fashion space, she leads workshops and styling sessions that help waahine reconnect to their identity and hauora through mindful, values-based choices. She views fashion as rongoaa, a powerful tool for self-expression, healing, and transformation.

Above all, Tuihana is a skilled strategist and relationship builder. She is sought after for her ability to bring people together, navigate complex challenges with clarity, and ensure that connection, aroha, and collective care are at the heart of every initiative she leads.
